Job Description

As an advocate for agility, you may be asked to serve in a variety of duties. Your focus will be on helping our clients deliver results in some of the most complex environments around the world. Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in numerous Agile environments. In this position, your role as an Agile Coach will require you to be a strategic partner and thought leader for organizations in various stages of agile delivery.

Specific responsibilities for an Agile Coach include:

​

• Quickly establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to help them in their journey of adopting their chosen approach or framework.

• Provide coaching and training in an emerging Agile environment.

• Assess the current organization and delivery environment. Recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client.

• Perform or serve in various roles where needed.

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops, activities, or key meetings to encourage adoption and comprehension.

• Establish proper influence at all levels of an organization to help implement recommended changes.

• Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for client teams.

• Perform hands-on effort, including analysis, design, and change management, as needed on any initiative.

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Relevant certifications preferred

• Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence

• Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives

• Willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
